This series of dryer is suitable for drying all kinds of powdery, granular, lump and slurry materials. The working principle of the flash dryer is easier to understand. We simply divide the whole drying process into 4 stages - crushing stage, gas-solid mixing stage, drying stage and granularity classification stage. Crushing stage: fragmentation is the first step and a more important step in the whole flash drying process.
The state of dried material is mainly paste and cake. Flash drying can not be done if it is not broken, so we can get a conclusion that the dry effect of strong sticky materials, such as direct use of flash dryer, needs to be properly added to avoid material caking.
In the process, the mixing plate and the high-speed rotating gas are used to complete the crushing. Gas solid mixing stage: after being crushed, the material is fully contacted with the heating medium in the flash drying main tower. Among them, the quality of gas solid mixing determines the whole drying rate.
In order to improve the airflow speed, the inverted cone structure device is installed at the bottom of the flash dryer.
Drying stage: this process is the process of evaporation of water by hot air. The unfinished materials fall down by gravity and continue to break and dry. The dry materials will move upward and proceed to the next stage.
Particle size classification: the annular baffle is installed on the upper part of the drying machine, which is called the flash dryer classifier. When the material passes through the classifier, it will be affected by centrifugal force, and the spiral radius of different rotation radius will be increased. Materials with smaller particle size are discharged from the inner hole of the classifier, and larger particles are left to remain in the drying chamber until the standard granularity is expelled from the inner hole.
