Scheme of process flow and its working principle:
Wet materials are fed into drying chamber through feed machine, symmetrically enter to fluidized bed. Fan blow into hot air that has been heated by heater, to cross-flow the hot air distribution plate and symmetrically distributed in the drying chamber. Wet material particles with the action of hot air to disperse, suspend-flowed in the air, symmetrically distribution ,streaming up and form a boiling layer .particles material in flow-boiling were commixing with hot air, quickly response of heat and mass, efficient removal of moisture and dry into a finished product. Qualified products from the discharger port of fluidized bed to discharge ,dust-laden gas are diverted from air duct at the top of the drying chamber, crossing the cyclone for gas-solid separation, after purifying used of wet dust collector and ejecting by the draft fan.
Fluidized-bed drying equipment has two purposes for heat-drying and cool-drying, which were produced by our company including: external heating type fluidized bed dryer, built-in heating type fluidized bed dryer, closed-circuit circulating fluidized-bed dryer ,vertical or horizontal stirred bed, etc.
Horizontal fluidized bed is widely used in chemical, mining, medicine, food, grain processing, feeds etc. The average particle size is in the 50-5000um as particle, powder, sheet materials heating and cooling-drying.
According to features of material, bag collector or wet spraying dust cleaner can be used as 2nd phase dust cleaning equipment.
Steam, electricity or heat air furnace heating can be selected as heat source according to factory conditions and allowed temperature of the material.
