Scheme of process flow and its working principle:
Liquid material is sprayed out in high-speed rotation through single hole of pressure type atomizer after being pressurized by high pressure pump ,and atomized to small fog drop after overcoming the surface tension ,which sufficiently touches hot air inside the drying tower and performs the process of heat transfer and quality transfer ,thus finishing the drying .Finished product is blanked from bottom of tower ,whist the dust air being output by draught fan after filtered by cyclone separator and bag collector.
If made adjustment on design of atomizer according to customers’ requirements, finished product can be powder pr bring color spherical grain, with the max ,size reaching 400um.
This process is applicable for drying of liquid and serum material that has good fluidity in such trades as pigment, instant food, dyestuff, ceramic material and light industry etc.
According to features of materials, bag collector or wet spraying dust cleaner can be used as 2nd phase dust cleaning equipment.
Steam, electricity or heat air furnace heating can be selected as heat source according to factory conditions and allowed temperature of the material.
